Favorite Sub/Hoagie

My favorite sub, or hoagie, is: imported Italian prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and sun dried tomatoes on a crisp Italian roll with the insides drenched in Balsamic vinegar. Two of the best: Jersey Subs on George Street in New Brunswick, NJ, and A&G Italian Deli on Route 1 South in North Brunswick, NJ (strip mall where the Barnes & Noble bookstore is located).
